Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) is a holding organization and works as a division of the Service of Water and Power (Pakistan). Pepco was consolidated in 1998 in the compatibility of the “Well defined course of action for Rebuilding of Pakistan Power Area” to work with the progress cycle in the Wapda power wing and viable corporatization of new elements subsequent to unbundling of Wapda. Incompatibility of this order, Pepco consented to a Reminder of Arrangement (MoA) with WAPDA for a time of 2 years.
